Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not operate a return policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
For items to be eligible for a refund, there must be a quality issue and our main office must be informed within 24 hours of the product being delivered. Once notified, our team will arrange a collection and replacement (usually the same day if notified early enough) or, if preferred, a refund.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless.
